Spelling errors? Really Grandpa?
I am the 4th Great-Granddaughter of Thomas Gay (1805-1839) memorialized Texan who fought in the Battle of San Jacinto during the Texas Revolution against General Antonio López de Santa Anna’s army. While a Texas Ranger, he was killed at the Battle of Bird Creek, Texas ~ End-of-Watch May 26, 1839.
